About the project

I collaborated with the global CEO’s office and key stakeholders to develop concepts and themes for Aramco’s annual reception in Davos, Switzerland. Recognizing the need for greater flexibility and engagement, I recommended changing the event format from a dinner to a reception. This allowed guests to drop in easily, enhancing interaction and networking opportunities. We leveraged cutting-edge technology to tell Aramco’s story in an innovative way, ensuring alignment with the World Economic Forum's theme for that year. This approach not only enriched the guest experience but also positioned Aramco at the forefront of industry events.
